   Baldwin works from client specifications, CAD files, or complete engineering drawings.
2. Material Selection
   Stainless steel, aluminium, or mild steel is chosen based on corrosion resistance, hygiene, or heavy-duty requirements.
3. Fabrication & Assembly
   Welding, forming, pipework, and mechanical assembly are completed in Baldwin’s Australian workshop.
4. Testing & QA
   All fabrication is carried out under strict QA procedures to meet AS standards and site specifications.
   
5. Integration with Plant Systems
   Completed components are delivered for installation or integrated directly with Baldwin treatment systems.
