The BUSTA Industrial Wastewater System unit has been developed to be compact, tough and easy to operate. It is specifically designed for small volumes of the chemical treatment of wastewater, with it being ideal for Commercial or Small Industrial water treatment users that aim to generate as little as 100 litres of contaminated water per day.
The BUSTA Unit is an adaptable wastewater treatment system, allowing adjustments for changes in wastewater composition. You can easily modify chemical dosage, extend mixing times or switch to a different chemical formula as needed. Installation is straightforward and cost-effective. Simply connect the power to the mixer, attach the treated water line to the sewer and turn it on.
With a batch size capacity of up to 350 litres, the unit can accommodate daily or weekly treatment, depending on your wastewater volume. Reusable filter bags are included for efficient sludge collection and disposal. Two discharge valves ensure that clean water is released first, making it suitable for reuse, regardless of the type of wastewater being treated.
The BUSTA Wastewater Unit is a versatile solution suitable for a wide range of applications across various industries. In print shops, it effectively manages wastewater containing water-based inks from screen printing, litho, flexo and offset processes. In machine shops, the unit is ideal for treating wastewater containing, lubricants, quenching fluids and surface preparation materials.
